This is Wildflower Physiotherapy
About Me
Hi, I'm Stacey, founder and physiotherapist at Wildflower Physiotherapy.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Canterbury Christ Church University and am registered with:
- Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC),
- The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP),
- Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP)
My passion for women's health comes from both professional and personal experience. Having seen first-hand the challenges many women face in accessing the right support, I created Wildflower Physiotherapy to provide a welcoming and supportive space where women feel heard, understood, and empowered to improve their health and wellbeing.
When you come to Wildflower, you can expect a warm, welcoming and judgement-free environment.
I want you to feel comfortable talking openly about your symptoms, concerns and goals, whatever they may be. Every appointment is individualised to you, and I will take the time to listen, understand what's going on and work with you to find the right approach.
My aim in for you to leave your appointment feeling heard, informed and confident about your next steps.
Outside of physiotherapy, my life has always revolved around animals and dogs! I regularly compete with my own spaniel in agility, and when I have free time, I enjoy training with her and exploring the countryside.
My Mission
My mission is simple:
To empower women with the knowledge, support and specialist care they need to feel confident in their bodies through every season of life.
I believe women deserve to feel listened to, understood and taken seriously when it comes to their health. Too often, women can feel that their symptoms are something that they simply have to live with. I want to change that.
Whether you are navigating pregnancy, recovering after having a baby, experiencing pelvic health concerns, moving through menopause or simply wanting to feel stronger and more confident in your body, you do not have to navigate it alone.
At Wildflower Physiotherapy, you are heard. You are supported and your health matters.
My Approach
Every woman is unique. I take the time to understand your concerns, goals and lifestyle, creating personalised treatment plans that combine evidence-based physiotherapy, education and movement to support long-term health and wellbeing
