Community Events & Charity Evenings

At Wildflower Physiotherapy, I believe that women's health deserves more open conversations, greater understanding and better access to support.

Pelvic health can affect so many aspects of everyday life, from bladder and bowel function to intimacy, confidence and relationships.

Yet these subjects can sometimes feel difficult to discuss, leaving women unsure where to turn or whether their symptoms are something they simply have to live with.

Through community talks, charity evenings and educational events, I hope to help change that.

My aim is to create welcoming spaces where women can learn more about their bodies, ask questions and discover that support is available.

Whether we are discussing pelvic health after breast cancer treatment, menopause or everyday bladder and bowel concerns, these conversations matter.

Upcoming Event: Lady McAdden Breast Cancer Charity: Beyond Treatment

I am delighted to be supporting an evening with Lady McAdden Breast Cancer Trust, exploring pelvic health following breast cancer treatment.

Breast cancer treatment can bring many changes, and pelvic health may not always be the first thing on a woman's mind. However, changes to bladder and bowel function, vaginal comfort and sexual wellbeing can have a real impact on quality of life.

This evening will explore these often-overlooked aspects of health, helping women understand their bodies, recognise when support may help and feel more comfortable discussing concerns that can sometimes be difficult to raise.

Because there is so much more to think about after breast cancer treatment, but women's comfort, confidence and wellbeing deserve attention, too.

Bringing Women's Health Conversations into the Community

I am passionate about working with charities, community organisations and groups who share an interest in supporting women's health and wellbeing.

If you are organising an event and would like to explore a talk or educational session with Wildflower Physiotherapy, I would love to hear from you.

Together, we can help make conversations about pelvic health more accessible, supportive and inclusive.
